The show was great but…
I absolutely loved the show, the DJs were incredible, the light show was spectacular, and the sound system was loud! However, the staff at the Hampton Coliseum were less than helpful in the entrance. Many of us were standing in line at the ticket windows for a little while since there was no indication of where Will Call was initially. We all relocated when we realized it was at the other end of the room in a small corner. There was no line, just a giant crowd of people crowded around one window with one person working. When we asked the security staff if they could help us fix the line, their response was, “If you have a better idea, let us know.” We were waiting for almost an hour and a half in line for our ticket from Will Call. We had to get the police involved to help us actually get a line formed so we could get through. Really dissatisfied with how they had zero care and planning the whole Will Call process. It took so long that we missed one DJ and part of another set. I can’t see myself coming back after that.
